Nick Frances
Sales EngineerNick holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from East Carolina University. He brings experience as a process engineer in both steel production and industrial LED lighting manufacturing, where he developed a strong understanding of the full manufacturing lifecycle, along with project management and continuous improvement practices. His experience with CFS and BFS began early, during his high school summers, when he worked hands-on across every department, from welding and assembly to controls and shipping. He continued building this foundation during his college years working in the engineering department. This unique combination of technical knowledge and real-world operational experience makes Nick a vital asset to our CFS team.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys watching sports, spending time outdoors, and being with friends and family.
